Here are some snippets of video that hopefully convey the fun and energy of our live gigs. Though the main emphasis in these videos is on Irish material, we also have a huge repertoire of mainstream party tunes, some of which is referenced in the footage below.
Fairytale of New York / Toss the Feathers (Irish fiddle tune).
A mish mash of Party Tunes as a 7 piece band. This is bigger version of the same band, and an awesome format as you can see. If your budget wont stretch to a whole brass section, another option might be just the trumpet or sax. Note that we can play many of the arrangements shown here with rock violin, so all is not lost if you really need the Irish jigs and reels as well.
The Devil Went Down to Georgia
Filmed and recorded live on St Patrick's Day at O'Neills Irish Bar in Bromley, with a completey different line up, most of our live set for this gig consisted of modern Irish rock and traditional jigs and reels. Here though, we are playing a classic Country hit which still kicks on the dancefloor with student crowds.
Cheesecake basic, unplugged and at Home.
Featuring Grant on bass and Chris on drums (except he's only got a wooden box thing here). Just a quick dash through some other songs with the guys that are under-represented on the site.
Cheesecake live at Sandown Park Irish Day. Rough at the edges, playing in adverse conditions (torrential rain) but big on vibe.
The Boys Are Back in Town
Aint Nobody - another option for a four piece version of the band.
Some other party anthems
Lisdoon Varna, written by Christie Moore. Another crazy Irish tune.
Lastly, a brief montage of live footage, stills and music, making a sort of video scrapbook of gigs and events we have played.
